Securely pack the unused items in their original pallet or box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the package.

Schedule a Pickup

For bulk home inventory, use our portal to schedule a freight pickup or drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
